We love our new suana

Ordered sauna in early July from Rona. Peter from Blisspod phoned to confirm order, shipping address and let us know that if we had questions to contact him. Upon arrival, we unpacked the box to find the assembly instructions. What we found was a booklet about the operation of the sauna with little in the way of assembling instructions. I called Peter with questions. He was outstanding with his support. He asked for pictures of the instructions we had so he could further help. Within 2 hours he had emailed an assembly manual to me and called several times to make sure it was what was needed. He then called the next day to check on the progress. Upon assembly completion, I sent a photo to Peter so he could see the assembled sauna. He gave this customer exemplary customer support. The sauna is awesome. It looks great in the space and works well. I would HIGHLY recommend Blisspod saunas.

Bought this product about 3 months ago. My wife and I use it 3-4 times a week. It is excellent. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. It works fantastic and we are both extremely happy with the purchase of the sauna.

The customer service was exceptional. The sauna works perfectly. I purchased the sauna in white. The interior is Canadian hemlock. It is small in dimension so can to fit in most space. The infrared heat can be set according to your preferences. The timer can be set for the session. It plugs into the house sockets. Special electric outlets were not necessary. I use it regularly for the health benefits.
