Hands down worth it! I was skeptical because its inflatable but for only $1300 I had to give it a try. It's incredible and has been so perfect for winding down with my wife before bed. We were also looking at the costco saluspa but this one looks wayy nicer in our backyard (black rattan). Stays hot at 104, after being in there for 30 + min it drops to 103 but we dont mind at all and actually prefer when it gets colder as we are in there. I find sitting in it with my legs flat is much more preferred then sliding out of the bucket plastic seats in a normal hot tub. The padded bottom makes it feel comfy too! The neck rest is pillowy and also comfortable compared to hard plastic regular hot tubs. It held up well in nanaimo winter! So happy with the purchase. Dealing with their admin has also been amazing and speedy to answer any questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive way to bring a bit of the spa to your backyard 😀!

Was concerned about an inflatable but works very well and is durable. The seller was fantastic, called to let me know when he was shipping it...a month in we had some leaks issues, the seller and the manufacturer were amazing at sorting out. Great communication and truly stellar service. The tub is good, the seller is fantastic to deal with and I will do whatever I can to purchase more from them
