Returns and Refund Policy

At Zoppinh, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product. Our return policy is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible.

 

Return Eligibility

We strictly adhere to the return policies of our suppliers and manufacturers. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We refer to this as "Like New" condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been used.

If the product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the packaging and the item, and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at support@zoppinh.com

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled if the product has not yet been shipped. If the product has already been shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply, along with any fees required by the suppliers for rerouting the item and restocking.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@zoppinh.com to let us know that you wish to return an item.
  2. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible), and include any manuals, accessories, or tags that came with the item.
  4. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package.
  5. Based on the size of the item and how it arrives as package or on a skid/pallet a) Drop the package off at your nearest shipping location or b) Please reach us and we will organize the pickup.

 

Defective or Faulty Products

We accept returns of defective or faulty products within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact us immediately.

 

Return Delivery Cost

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If free shipping was provided with your order, that amount will also be deducted from the refund.

Key Details Regarding Refund Eligibility

At Zoppinh, we strive to provide the best customer service, which includes a fair and transparent return policy. However, there are certain conditions under which we may not be able to provide a refund for a returned item. Please take note of the following important information:

Zoppinh Company reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:

  • The returned item does not match the original item that was shipped to the customer.
  • The returned item is missing parts or the original product's packaging.

Return shipping should be insured as it is not refundable. If the buyer chooses not to insure the item, they bear the risk of a lost shipment. Please note that any original shipping fees associated with the item will not be refunded.

 

If the item is damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging, we may not be able to provide a refund.

 

We cannot provide a refund for items that have been obviously used or assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.

 

Please note that some manufacturers do not accept returns. In such cases, we will not be able to provide a refund. A return will not be accepted if it is sent back without an authorization number from Zoppinh.

Handling Damaged Items in Transit

At Zoppinh, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, there can be instances where items may get damaged during transit. In such cases, we adhere to our suppliers' damage policies and request your cooperation in following the steps below:

Immediate Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage and missing parts before the delivery carrier leaves. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. Signing the delivery form without noting any damage implies that you have received your package in good condition and with all parts included.

 

Reporting Damage

If you discover any damage or missing parts after the delivery carrier has left, it can be challenging to claim any losses. In such cases, you must notify Zoppinh within 24 hours of receipt. If you notice damage upon opening the item (concealed damage), please reach out to us immediately. Carriers only allow two (2) business days after delivery to file a freight claim.

 

Documenting the Damage

When reporting a damaged item, please save the shipping container and take photos of both the damaged container and the product. This will help us in processing your claim more efficiently.

 

Rejecting Extensively Damaged Deliveries

In the rare case that there is extensive damage to the package, you have the right to reject the delivery. Please contact us immediately if you choose to do this. Please note that charges may apply if the item is shipped back to us due to a failed delivery.

 

Do Not Use Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please refrain from using it. Failure to promptly follow these instructions could result in our inability to help you resolve this issue without loss to you.

Proof of Purchase

When contacting us about a damaged or defective product, please be prepared to show proof of purchase and photos of the defective product.
