SHIPPING POLICY

At Zoppinh, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped in the most timely and efficient manner. However, due to recent increases in shipping rates both within the U.S. and abroad, there have been changes to our Free Shipping and Flat Rate shipping programs.

Processing Time

As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST are processed the next day. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your items are available for immediate shipment (within 2-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Typically, most products are in-stock, with items shipped within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Time

Processing time typically takes around 1-2 business days. Depending on where you are in the U.S., transit time is 2-5 business days. We will email a tracking number to you once your order is available for shipping. Please select expedited shipping if you want your item to arrive sooner or contact us to arrange for special delivery.

Additional Shipping Charges

Depending on your location, there may be additional shipping charges needed prior to shipping your order. Our staff will reach out to you directly if this is the case. If you would like to know prior to making a purchase, please contact customer service on the live chat or at support@zoppinh.com

Delivery Delays

Please expect longer shipper times than usual currently. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed, and many carriers are experiencing delays due to Coronavirus. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope things will return to normal soon.

Cancelling or Returning Orders

Orders may be canceled if the product has not been shipped.  If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled due to delivery delays from the carrier. If the product has been shipped the customer will pay a 10% cancellation fee and any fees required by the suppliers for rerouting the item and restocking. If you wish to return your order, you must wait to receive it and then contact Zoppinh Company to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, and the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, this will be deducted from the refund.

Restricted Shipping Areas for extra shipping charges

We do not typically ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO Address. There are some exceptions. Please email us, or live chat if you have a question. We will find a suitable shipping channel & some shipping charges will be extra.

International Shipping

Zoppinh Company does not offer international shipping currently. However, depending on where you live, we may be able to make an exception. Please feel free to reach out to us. Canadian customers, please contact us for a shipping quote. Taxes & duties are paid by the customer.
