This has quickly become one of my favorite things to use at home. The heat is relaxing and I usually feel great after a session. It looks much nicer than I expected and feels solid once assembled. Definitely glad we went with the two-person model.

We have enjoyed the sauna a few times already, and absolutely love the unit.Assembly was a 2 person job, but very straightforward and not complex. We had the unit assembled in just under 2 hours.We needed an electrician to install a dedicated 20amp outlet.Everything is working as expected, and the product is quality made and met our expectations.I cannot say enough great things about the customer service experience. From purchase time until unit was successfully installed, there was great communication, and customer care provided. Wonderful 5 ⭐️ purchase!

First customer service was outstanding when calling for info or to update shipment. When it arrives you will require two people to open and to set up. The setup was easy and straightforward for all the wood panels and electronics BUT the manual was written very poorly especially in-regards to the installation of the glass door panels. A video would have been excellent. Once it was set up and a dedicated 20 amp breaker installed it worked GREAT. It heated up to desired temp in 10-20 minutes. The Bluetooth feature, FM Radio sound system and OXYGEN IONIZER were PLUS additions. We have used it 4 times over the past week and the experience is OUTSTANDING.

We received our sauna on time with no issues from the delivery company. The customer service from the sauna company has been outstanding, they are there to help with anything you need. Would highly recommend ordering from them. We did get an electrician to install proper amps. We set up the sauna ourselves which wasn’t difficult but did take some time, so don’t try to rush it. Now we are enjoying the full spectrum experience.

Worth it buying this sauna. Heats up fast & great build quality. It took us less than 1 hour to assemble the sauna. Pretty easy to assemble but it needs minimum two people for the assembly. Seller is amazing as helped us on the video call to put the sauna together.
